I've enabled a module on the Web site that makes it extremely easy to embed videos from YouTube or Google Videos in your posts.
Essentially, all you need to do, it include the URL to the video. I make sure I do it on a separate line so that the text doesn't do whacky things around the video. So a post would look like the following EXCEPT I had to insert spaces into the URL so it wouldn't embed a video. Your post will not have those spaces.

Sorry Kat, only Google Videos and YouTube videos are supported. Additionally, the code you used to try and embed this video looks like BB code and this is not a BB system.
Can you upload the video to YouTube?
I tried some modules that would allow embedding from other sources, but they were not reliable, so I opted for GoogleTube.
